Jeremy reminds me of Calbert in the way he plays, his size, the way he looks, being less talked about in a class of Yogi and Hanner, etc.  Jeremy will light things up once in Bloomington with Yogi at point and Cody and Hanner down low.  20 pt avg as a freshman is my prediction.

I don’t see what he offers that Daniel Moore doesn’t already.

That is hilarious, I was just thinking the same thing.  I looked up some CC highlights yesterday, and Hollowell has a very similar game.  He is the real deal.  If he would take games over more, like he can, he would be ranked a lot higher.  Probably top 20

I have thought there were a lot of similarities between those two players for quite awhile.  I don’t know if 20 ppg as a freshman will happen, but I do think he is very underrated in his class much like Cheaney was.

Excellent point, you are very wise and generous to share such insightful observation.

The common denominator in all of these clips of Indiana recruits including the ones you see from last year’s IE team with CZ is that Yogi is constantly setting them up with sweet feeds that lead to easy buckets!

Cody Zeller may be IU’s best player for the next four years but there’s no way that any other player CTC’s recruited will make a bigger impact or make the players around him better than Yogi!

RobD Daniel Moore is going to hit a game winner this year in a big game, find you in the stands in Assembly Hall and stare you down until you apologize.

Amazingly enough, Daniel Moore was an Indiana All Star

Ya, I was going to say that I remember calbert40 and I talking about the similarities months ago.

I could not agree more. Yogi is the prize haul in the recruiting class! Love the way he looks for (or just KNOWS) where his open teammates are.

Don’t know about the Chaney comparison, but I also was impressed with the way that Yogi was feeding off.  It will be good to have that at indy again.  I have seen other feeds and he can shoot outside.  I am very excited about the future of Indiana basketball.  Wonder what all the Tom Crean critics have to say now.  I am predicting a over 500 season and with Zeller, who knows.

Hopefully the addition of Remy Abell will do away with Daniel Moore’s playing time.

Jay Edwards 2.0….silky smooth, beautiful shot (not as beautiful as Jay’s though), effortless in every move….gonna be a great one.
