I love the class of these new guys. Coach Crean’s influence is starting to be seen with the new talent – this is a radical change from the Sampson type of ego-maniac. These guys are about Indiana Basketball and I am proud to have them join the Hooiser family. Go Hoosiers!

Victor sounds like Quinn Buckner to me. Anybody else?

I love the optimism and the determination that they expressed and I hope that they are right about everybody getting better everyday.

If Guy's voice was any lower you could map it with a seismograph. 🙂

obviously, it's impossible to judge physical talent from an interview. however, i was most impressed with sheehey. i thought he was very composed, well spoken and handled himself with a bit more maturity than i was expecting from an 18 year old kid. i am beginning to think he has a few surprises for us on the court as well…

At the end of last season I thought the team was mentally worn out. It sounds to me like these new players are not going to let last year's performance carry over .

I also sense that when ever CTC needs to lift the team's level of energy, attitude or effort all he needs to do is play VO and Sheehey.

As a fan I prefer to cheer for these kids over a one&done anyday.

Not to going to lie, I want Guy-Marc to say “Luke, I am your father”

Looking at the team rosters from last season and incoming freshman, it appears on paper at least the Guy will be the biggest player in the Big Ten. The only player to come close with both weight AND height is Rowley from Northwestern (Jobe type of numbers last year). It would be huge if he can earn a starting spot and be that rebounding shot bocking presence team's kill for. I would love to see him roughing up Illinois' Tisdale, or Minnesota's Iverson and Sampson III.

IU needs to play VO, Sheehey and Rivers for 15 minutes each game together and attack on defense with traps, presses, etc., rebound with abandon, and run, run, run on offense. What a great change of pace. We are a very deep team, 12 quality scholarship players and two quality walk-ons. We need to wear the other teams down with energy, hustle attacking defense and fast break offense.

    Great points.
