Telep: Moses Abraham to visit IU for Wisconsin game

  • 02/22/2010 10:08 am in

Last Thursday, Indiana coach Tom Crean made the trip to Progressive Christian Academy in Camp Springs (MD) to watch 6-9, 235-pound forward Moses Abraham.

And now, the Nigerian native will visit Bloomington for Thursday’s game against Wisconsin, according to Dave Telep of lists Abraham, a member of the 2010 class, as a three-star prospect while lists him as a four-star prospect.

We’ll hopefully have more on this development in the coming days.

Hopefully the atmosphere at this game is more like the Purdue game and less like Ohio St./Mich St… Aside from immediate playing time, playing in front of a raucous Hoosier crowd may be one of our only other major draws for recruits right now. Go early, go loud, go Hoosiers!

  • Hopefully he commits. We really need him!

Any IU students reading this and going to the game. Please get some signs or some creative chants wooing Moses to IU.

The fans have been weak weak weak all year with this. Sampson somehow got them to chant every damn person that walked into building that looked like they could ball…..come on kids…every little bit counts. I don't know of another school that ever did that…..

student right here. i will try to think of something more creative than “Moses u can lead us to the promise land” or hopefully just an NCAA tourney

Thanks ace…..I remember the Eric Gordon chants prior to his committment, I remember the devin ebanks, and Kevin Jones chants…..I can't remember one chant this year at all including our current players……..not sure what is going on, that is as tradition as the candy stripes.

student here. will be more than ready to chant for this big man. hopefully other students read this and are aware or it may be hard to get things going…

Tyler….. MAKE A SIGN!!!!! or have someone do a big head of him. lol

that could work…i'll have to do that. i really think if IU gets this guy it would really boost the program and would make things a lot better next year.
