		<description>I like the way you think, Kelin. However, I did read at one time that Marquis doesn&#039;t really talk to his brother much about his recruiting. I think his father is the primary sounding board. I presume he doesn&#039;t speak too much to Jeff about it because he will probably push Wake pretty hard.</description>

The basis of it is simply that the number of offers far outweigh the number of schollies currently available.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I guess I don&#039;t understand why CTC just didn&#039;t say:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&quot;Look, we&#039;re trying to get the best kids we can here and if that means we&#039;re going to throw a lot of offers out there, then so be it. We tell kids that we talk to that offers are contingent on any number of scenarios.
