It is still clear as mud, but at least we know why the mud is there.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I hope that Twitter creator Jack Dorsey will take some time from visits to Iraq and Washington D.C. to make a pit stop in Indy and update the NCAA on social media. I would love recruiting in general to get an overhaul and perhaps consider the advantages to transparency.</description>
