EJ did have a nice game. He still had a few of his patented moves where he drives in with no where to do and loses the ball, but overall he looked good. He actually shot a nice mid range jump shot off of a screen. That would have been nice to see last year, but Kelvin didn't actually "coach" EJ, so what can you expect.

That ESPN poll was flawed. It should have counted votes from everywhere except from the two states going head to head. Not sure how they could have done that with the Internet poll. It was also bad timing having it held this year of all years.

Ditto that, our local HS sounds just like yours - too small to even have a football team. Basketball is how we live around here, ask anybody on the street and they can tell you the record, who is going to great, what year we are going to the championship again, etc. Last year, we were at the 2a final four - playing the Ft wayne Luers. Our side was PACKED like 2-3 hours before the game, the other was like half full at game time. Nothing like hoosierland for basketball.

I like how recently there was controversy over the greatest basketball state's and as I sit and watch this game I see empty seats with a match up like this. I went to a tiny 2a school with an enrollment of less than 400 students. We filled the gym every single night and our teams were mediocure at best. I know this is off topic but how is the new york area included in the top 5 and indiana barely even mentioned? Oh yeah because ESPN is a joke!
