ITH Video: Jordan Hulls Part Two

by Alex Bozich in Video | February 2nd, 2009

Inside the Hall got another look at Bloomington South senior and IU signee Jordan Hulls last Friday at Indianapolis Pike. Bloomington South is No. 1 in Class 4-A and No. 7 nationally in the USA Today Super 25. Here is the 6-0 point guard in an exclusive video shot by and produced for Inside the Hall. Hulls is wearing No. 10. Enjoy.

i love this kid...he is a good character and probably is a really good point guard but, his shot is a little unorthadox...but if it gose in what the heck, stick with it then

Thanks for the video. That jump shot from the corner looked funny to me and easily contested in Div 1. I assume his mid range game includes a true jump shot.

I see Capo is now ranked #2 in Ohio by Bolus ( according to Demling ). That is good news

He has a disgusting shot. That being said, I am sold on him.

His shot is unorthodox but it goes in. He's got a quick release and squares up his feet nice. The only bad part is he shoots pretty low in his body. There's probably going to be a pretty big learning curve for him next year but I think he can do it. I'm actually not looking forward to him scoring a lot of points. I just want him to run the team and have a high assist to turnover ratio. Points would just be a plus.

I don't see him taking minutes from Rivers and Jones. His shot is almost as ugly as Shawn Marion's. Definitely is a good dribbler would be best dribbler on the team this year, but he is short. He needs to gain about 15lbs of muscle. Granted I don't live in Indiana and have never seen any extended footage of him but I think its going to be a rougher slower transition than many here have said

In my opinion, since Rivers is going to be starting next year anyway, I think we should redshirt Hulls. Jones is turning into a very nice PG. When Rivers graduates, we will still have Jones and Hulls. Sounds logical to me.
