His defense was always under rated. SOmeday he might be as valuable as ROse, Chalmers and others in the draft class.

Anxious today to see if DUke can handle the aggressiveness of Xavier and GOnzaga the athletic but disorganization of UCONN. I guess Duke and Gonzaga both get worn down.

    1. Would love to see Duke lose today
    2. Stephon Curry get 45 on PU and beat them so PU fan can go back to their hole
    3. EJ, umm you talked already bro. Glad you did, I wonder if you or DJ ever said anything to your teammates at IU…call their asses out to their face.
    4. Elston and Hulls are the leader in the clubhouse for Mr. Basketball
    5. EJ has always been a helluva defender…locked down D.Rose in H.S. Held him to 8pts

Off subject but I have watched TCU game 5 times now trying to figure out what we do well that we can exploit. I have concluded that it is Crean who is keeping us competitive.

We actually run various offense sets really really well and maintain floor spacing. That is coaching. I think this is the only reason we hang in because it cannot be:

    – 3 pt shooting
    – mid range shooting
    – great ball control
    – rebounding
    – free throws

Jerry here is some extremely good news……Crean 100% coaches these kids into competing every second of the game. Even after the many mistakes they make, he could rip them a new one but he doesn't and allows them to learn from it and play through it……Now the good news, with OK talent, wait until these next couple of more talented classes come in and get some experience……to go along with the players we have now and Creans 'will” he imposes on them to get after it!

IU is on it's way back
