I think Elston had microfracture surgery. I had mine at Steadman Hawkins in Vail, the inventors of this surgery. I was in a CPM machine 20 hours a day for 12 weeks. Do not underestimate the amount of rehab and time that may be necessary for Elston to play worry free. Look at Oden as well. I hope to be wrong As an aside. I think Elston had microfracture surgery.
