Yeah if he de-committs it would suck but we would have to bite the bullet on this one given what happened with EJ. As long as Derrick Elston and Jordan Hulls don't decomitt, I am happy….

I guess that the modern determination of what committing means, has led us to the point that commitment means very little. Maybe we are to the point that, unless they are signed, we just have to wait and see who shows up for practice.

One other contributing factor is that IU probably wasn't going to have him sign until the spring. And with the uncertainty in the scholarship situation, perhaps he's just looking out for himself. Can't blame him for that.

Big deal. This crap happens all the time. Kids change their minds. Can you say Eric Gordon? Nobody around here complained when he decommitted from Illinois and came to us, did we? Who cares if he goes somewhere else? It will just open up another spot for Cheek to fill.
