Lance Stemler, Mike White, and Jamarcus Ellis dominated at the JC level. They really weren't capable of doing too much at the D1 level. I don't really like us recruiting JC players just because there are so many unknowns. The competition is bad and their numbers are probably inflated a little. It made me sad, since a couple of days ago I was thinking about how much I liked Gladness, and then suddenly I see that he's passed unexpectantly. Very sad, indeed, and all prayers and well-wishes out to his family and loved ones. It seems like he embodied the things that we as fans look for in the players for Indiana's basketball program, with the work he was doing after college. Very sad news for a lot of us.
