Comments on: 2008 class will help bring stability to program

I donot feel bad about the recruiting. Since we more than replaced Holloway and we have seen first hand the 5-star one and done impact on stability I think we are in good shape dependign on the last scholarship for '08.

Sounds like keeping Ellis and Bassett and everyone else elgible is more important to our shcolarship situation than any other factor

nothing like having guys who will come to Indiana, to win for Indiana, and hopefully stay 3+ years… Got to give it up to Coach Crean who has been making what I think are big moves given his current situation. Add one 4 or 5 star recruit from the class of '09 and we are headed in the right direction…

Well raw talent is nice but like Big A said its not everything. Look at what all the talent of EJ and DJ got us… a first round exit.( i still love you DJ!) i look forward to having these players for 4 years.

Not related to this topic, but thought it might shed some light on IU's academic situation for the basketball team and what would happen if Bassett and Ellis were both declared ineligible and decided to leave the program, IU wouldn't be allowed to use their scholarships next season...
