Villanova won't let Wright go. He's very happy there, and they're very happy with him. He basically can be at Nova until he retires.

I live in NY metro so I see themboth alot and like them both. I give the nod to Wright based on 3 things:

1. More recruiting range ( NY metro, Philly, Balt/Wash )
2. Cleaned up Nova from NCAA violations ( meetigns w NBA players etc )
3. Knows 3 guard offense

I'm more sold on Jamie Dixon than I am Wright. Dixon's kids play HARD on BOTH ends of the floor. Did you see your boy's team play last night??? They hung it on Oregon in the Pac-10 tourney. Boy, their offense is nice to watch!

This could be the sleeper of the class, Tom Pritchard is a winner and will do whatever it takes to win and I will take that any day of the week……………

He has been under recruited due to him being a TOP pitcher in baseball, his first exposure to aau ball came last summer after he injured his shoulder. He had to drop baseball and now will be concentrating on bball full time for the 1st time and if his senior campaign is any signal, IU is getting a very very good player………..

He is a crafty lefty, that has good footwork and knack for being around the ball not to mention a nice little baby hook shot and a spot up jumper. I would compare him with 2 players putting TP in between them, Matt Howard at Butler and BE POY Luke Harongody, he may not reach that potential till his soph year. I see IU having a VERY VERY good frontcourt with Elston and Pritchard, that should solidify our frontcourt enough to sprinkle in some BIG TIME players………………

With the right hire, IU will keep the momentum going and a HUGE surprise could be on the horizon if the RIGHT guy is hired…………..

Wish we would here or someone would ask Greenspan if he has a list at least and question him abotu using a head hunting service again. Which I hope he doesn't use. It's great to be finally getting somewhat of some good news lately though abotu some of the recruits. Hopefully the other 2 that appear to be bolting hold off on any commitments till we get a new coach.

Anytime news about an IU recruit is in the Cleveland Plain Dealer, you can be rest assured that I will be all over it.

I think Pritchard will be a very good player for Indiana starting next year. St. Eds is a top program in Ohio and they play top competition from all over the state. He has improved every year in high school and he knows how to be a role player. He has spent 4 years playing as Delvon Roe's wingmate, and if you don't know Delvon Roe he is going to terrorize IU at Michigan St for a couple of years before bolting to the NBA. with Roe hurt this season though, Pritchard came up big. He can shoot the mid range shot (he has hit a couple 3's even this year) and work the boards. I am not sure about his defense but most freshman are not that great on defense anyways. he is a tough nosed player that will put up numbers and he is the type of player top programs need to win, that is a 4 year player that does the dirty work
