College basketball is better off with Bob Knight as a memory. Hopefully he can fade quietly away and leave the sport to those currently playing and coaching, but I doubt it. Despite the success he brought to Indiana, I think of Coach Knight as, quite simply, an asshole. I look forward to someone more likable passing Knight on the men's all-time wins list, just like I await someone with more integrity passing Barry Bonds on the HR list.<br><br>If I may make a request Coach Knight, go find a secluded pond in Montana and fish out your days in quiet, and leave the rest of us to enjoy college basketball without you.
