Despite my constant riding of Crawford, he had an excellent second half, but we still need Armon back.

DJ is playing out of his mind and EJ is Mr. Reliable.

Overall, there are a lot of positives for the Hoosiers. Let’s take out Illinois!

Indiana owned that game from the tip. When we get Armon back this team will be even more rediculous. If DJ is not in the lead for Big Ten Player of the Year it is rigged.

I don’t think McGhee will run any laps for his showtime missed dunked but oddly enough I saw a guy on Route 37 that looked just like him last night running behind IU’s team bus…..mmmmm, he looked really tired too.

The announcers mentioned DJ working himself up into the draft lottery area…..very very happy for DJ and hope it continues. Nice to have the leagues leading scorer and rebounder.

Crawford – we’re all hard on crawford but you have to know he’s going to be special. i can’t remember when exactly, but he made a great pass to ej for a tomahawk dunk on a 3 on 2 fast break. he did a good job of drawing the defense to him then making a clean pass. sure it’s easier when your passing to gordon but not everyone could draw the defense and make a clean pass like he did. and the kid can shoot it too. he needs to clean up the dribbling and i think he needs to keep the ball moving more when hes pg (he tends to like to stand there and go 1-on-1) but he’s going to be special.

Gordon – i don’t think i need to say anything

DJ – i don’t need to say anything, but i will anyway: 21 points, 22 rebounds. 22 REBOUNDS? against a Big 10 team? On the road? Are you kidding me? Ridiculous.

McGee: i still love you brandon, but you’ll be running quite a few laps this week haha

Well said…indeed I have been waiting for that Illini matchup all year.

I don’t even think the team played a complete game tonight. When that day comes, there’s only a couple teams in the country that will be able to keep up.

Lets not forget Jordan Crawford is a frosh but, given the circumstances….he does a good job. Despite his knucklehead things at times, Jordan handles the ball well, shows some point guard abilities at times…..and is another scoring options which doesn’t hurt.

In our starting lineup you HAVE to account for 4 out 5 guys on D cause those guys can score. For all that DJ and Ej do for IU…Jamarcus Ellis is a “Special Talent” and is the “right” fit for the team we have…..

We need armon yes…but I really see this thing coming together as time goes on…I like what lance is doing, mike white, and Deandre…AJ’s shot is coming…..

an Illini ass whuppin’ is coming on Sunday too….

I’m loving that DJ and EJ are both hitting at the same time now. I’d hate to be on the other side of the ball, when they’re on offense. Scoring is inevitable now.

Yeah I will admit that I was tough on him..but he is not a point guard right now. Maybe when he can corral his dribbling/ballhandling and look more to pass, then maybe. He does have some athletic ability I will say that, and turned his game around in the second half.

All in all a good performance tonight, DJ is the man!!!
