His injury is not going to heal enough to allow him to play. I don't think that's a big loss, however. We are in the Big Ten season, we can get away with it with an Iowa or N Western, maybe Michigan but NOT OSU, Wisc, or MSU.Get healthy Armon, AJ, and Eli please. Are there any other redshirts we can call up...Hell run James Hardy out there... I really hope this season doesnt turn into a “what could have been” deal…we have yet to have a team 100% healthy and on the court. Bassett is an emotional leader for the Hoosiers. His attitude on the court keeps the team energized. More importantly, he has some concept of how to run the offense, while Crawford just wants to get his own glory. It will be devastating to give Crawford the PG position. Crawford has plenty of potential, but he is no where near Bassett's reliability. Moreover, Bassett is the Hoosiers' top 3-point shooter. He's more money than EJ.
