Tom, Sorry,but after 8 games his 3 point shooting is .364 3rd best behind EJ and Bassett and his overall shooting percentage is .459 better than starters Bassett and Ellis. On a team full of guards and small forwards that’s not bad. So you need to make a decision and back the whole team and its players like a true IU fan or continue to send sour grape messages. Most fans have players they like better than others. WE ALL KNOW WHO YOU DON’T LIKE SO HOW ABOUT SOME COMMENTS ABOUT WHO YOU DO LIKE!! More of your same old comments serve no purpose. Thanks

In my opinion, the turning point in the SIU game was when Sampson instituted the zone defense. The team seemed to grasp the “ins and outs” of the zone defense pretty quickly – Sampson had stated before the SIU game that he did employ the zone in prior games because he did not have sufficient time to incorporate it in team practices.

Thank you Tom, took my rebuttal right away from me. Tremendous win for the Hoosiers – I would like to know if Kelvin thinks this team will play zone throughout the rest of the year. It was extremely effective last night for both defense and rebounding.
