He's a very intelligent person who will weigh all of the factors. Being present at Midnight Madness might make him feel good but likely wouldn't sway him. He even said he would wait for a week or two after his last visit before making a decision because he didn't want emotion to figure into his choice. That tells me visiting Purdue last won't be significant. I believe IU has a good chance to get him in large part because he'll understand what a great program Kelvin Sampson is building in his home state and he'll want to be a part of it. Bud Mackey, Matt Roth, and Tyler Zeller played on the same AAU team in July and some of August so I would not count out IU yet. I still think we have a good chance to get him.
